1)HOW CAN I MAKE A CLAIM ?

Answer : There are 3 steps that you can submit your claim.
First : Fill out the claim form
Second : Gather all the supporting documents
Third : Submit your form with supporting documents.

2)HOW DO I PAY THE CONTRIBUTION FOR THIS PLAN ?

Answer : You can pay this contribution through debit and credit card.

3)WHAT THE BENEFITS WHEN WE JOIN THE FWD KASIH?

Answer : The benefit that we get when join the FDW KASIH are dead benefits, full and permanent disability benefits, accidental death benefits and haji by proxy.

4) WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT OF PARTICIPATION AND THE COVERAGE ?

Answer: Minimum age of participation 19 Age, maximum participation age 55 Maximum age of coverage 60

5) CAN I APPLY MORE THAN ONE PLAN?

Answer: No,  just one certificate for one participant is allowed.

6)HOW MUCH IS COVERED FOR THIS PLAN ?

Answer : There are four coverage option that you can choose.
OPTION A : RM 10,000
OPTION B : RM 20,000
OPTION C : RM30,000
OPTION D :RM40,000
 

7)HOW MUCH THAT I NEED TO PAY FOR THIS PLAN ?

Answer: Its depend  age at the beginning of the Takaful certificate ,your age that has been reached, your gender and also the plan that you choose.

8)HOW LONG TO WAIT FOR THIS PLAN?

Answer : The period for this plan is 30 days. Means ,we will not pay the benefit if the death or HUPK is due to natural causes, within 30 days from the start date of your Takaful certificate schedule.

9)HOW LONG THE CLAIM WILL TAKE THE PROCESS?

Answer : We need 5 working days from the date complete documents are received to process the claim.
